Document needed for Customs declaration of personal effects from China

The following documents are required for the Customs Declaration in exporting personal effects and household goods from Beijing. A receipt will be presented to you on receiving the document noting the due for return.
 
A: ‘Z’ or ‘J’ Visa Holders
1.      Original passport
2.      Employment Permit or Experts Certificate or Press Card issued in Beijing (Air ticket is also needed for air shipment declaration 24 hours before your flight takes off).
 
B: ‘For ‘L’ Visa Holders
1.      Original Passport
2.      Original Air Ticket for air shipment declaration (same departure and arrival country as the cargo and the Customs declaration can be done in maximum 48 hours advance of the date of your flight.)
3.      Original invoice of the stuff purchased in China.
 
C: Taiwan Resident
For sea shipment: Original ‘Tai Bao Zheng’ within validity; Packing List; signed Consignment Form, and Declaration Form.
For air shipment: Original ‘Tai Bao Zheng & air ticket, need to be collected after packing for the Customs declaration in 2-3 working days advance of the departure of your flight.
 
D: Chinese Citizen
For sea shipment: original passport with valid visa; Packing List; Personal Statement; signed Consignment Form, and Declaration Form.
For air shipment: original passport and air ticket (same departure city and arrival country as the cargo traveling, and the Customs Declaration can only be done after packing in maximum 48 hours advance of the date of your flight.)
 
E: Hong Kong & Mcacau Resident
For sea shipment: Original Hong Kong-Macau laissez-passer, Packing List; Personal Statement; signed Consignment Form, and Declaration Form.
For air shipment: Original Certificatefor HongKong or Maca & air ticket, need to be collected after packing for the Customs declaration in 2-3 working days advance of the departure of your flight.
